Key Responsibilities
- Conducting envisioning discovery workshops and architecture design workshops.
- Making technology choices aligned with architectural requirements.
- Preparing and defining architecture designs, guiding business transformation and business-value approach.
- Providing proactive support in program/project delivery, anticipating issues and working alongside the delivery teams.
- Understanding the customer's operational landscape and leveraging it for architecture validation.
- Staying informed about evolving business technology trends to shape long-term strategic roadmaps and the feasibility of these in supporting our customers.
- Optimizing business processes for greater efficiency and effective technology deployment.
- Undertaking business process design and documentation.
- Facilitating agile, innovative projects alongside the main program.
- Maintaining a professional and positive representation of HSO.
- Meeting necessary certifications and accreditations for the role.
- Developing and updating internal tools and best practices for the Project team.
- Always represent HSO International in a professional and positive manner.
- Advise customers on industries’ best practices in a proactive rather than passive way.
Qualifications

- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; other languages such as French, German, Spanish and Italian are a big plus;
- You have strong analytical skills and you are proactive;

- You are a team player who can easily fit into an international vibrant team of colleagues from different cultures and locations;
- You are willing to take an extra challenge to work and travel for international projects all over the world.
You have...
- University degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering and Management, Management, Computer Science, Information Science or a comparable education.
- At least 8 years of CRM experience – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or earlier versions of Dynamics CRM preferably.
- Experience as an architect on at least 4 international end-to-end CRM implementations – preferable with intercontinental rollouts.
- Adept at Business Requirement Analysis and Architecture Design
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of the concepts of modern technology
- Expert level in Microsoft D365 ecosystem and suite of solutions
- Experience learning new areas of technology and understanding the capabilities and limitations.
- Broad understanding of all the elements of the Microsoft technology platform.
- Preferred pre-sales experience.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
