The lawyers need to be focusing on their clients, the work that their clients need, billing time. They don't have the luxury of being able to dedicate lots of time to training to learn a complicated system. They need to know that something is intuitive. It fits in with their current work, how they operate, and they don't need to be doing lots of time consuming administration for the benefit of that system. So the real change for legal 360 is its Intuitive interface that it is part of the Microsoft platform and that lawyers can be up and running in very short amount of time because there's not the need for hours upon hours of training.
