Advanced365
This plan provides proactive monitoring services and value through specialized (shared) Customer Industry teams (1:N), ISV partner support, business process monitoring, the option for 24/7 support and resolution times for business-critical support, plus everything in the Essential Success Plan. This plan is useful if you are not able to support the full environment and/or Microsoft business applications by yourself.
Enterprise365
In our highest level of support plan, we deliver continuous improvement with a dedicated Customer Industry team (1:1).
