We actually have several hundreds of systems that people are working with every day. So if we could have one platform where people are working within one platform with one user experience, that would be much faster, much better for the individual.
So before within IT, we [would] solve the the problem, throw it over the fence and hope that users would catch it. With [the HSO] team, we have a good analysis of what are the users' change journey, and how do we best approach them with the change... and where do we have some gaps?
