Dit schept een bijzondere hechte band. Of het nu gaat om levens redden op zee of de samenwerking tussen de reddingstations en het hoofdkantoor – de verbinding maakt het verschil.

Van 24 tot en met 27 september vond de European Fabric Community Conference plaats in Stockholm. Namens HSO was onze consultant Arthur Steijn aanwezig als bezoeker én spreker. Leiderschap en persoonlijke ontwikkeling bij HSO HSO is een dynamische organisatie die snel groeit. Dat was een van de belangrijkste redenen om het Journey to Lead programma op te zetten. Dit trainingsprogramma is ontwikkeld om een diverse groep leidinggevenden binnen HSO te coachen en te begeleiden bij hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling tot manager.
