Business Development Executive - D365 CE & Power Platform

Want to be part of a growing team that is focussed on industry solutions with deep IP and experience, delivering value to numerous clients globally?We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about Sales and can sell Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically CRM and Power Platform solutions in Australia and New Zealand. As Business Development Executive you are responsible to acquire new customers for HSO in focus industries. You will manage the sales cycle aiming to deliver business solutions.You will be working in close relationship with the following key people:· Sales and Engagement Director, Marketing Manager for creation and execution of the business plan.· Customer Team and Delivery Managers who are responsible for the delivery of the agreed Services.Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:· Develop and manage all phases of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, consultative selling and closing new business.· Lead introductory meetings with prospects with a consultative sales approach to solve client problems and position the value of HSO.· Work with various Microsoft sellers and stakeholders in our focussed industries.· Work proactively and independently as a hunter, developing relationships, driving new business by demonstrating our strategy and approach will meet our clients' business needs.· Develop strategic accounts and execute sales strategies with defined Microsoft Sales Plays.· Working with Marketing and Business Development personnel to help develop lead generation campaigns along with target marketing to specific verticals.· Utilize your previous experience to respond to RFPs and close business.
