When Kelly Services was doing a strategic reorientation, they quickly realised they did not have the right tools or information to help them get the right insights. The strategy became clear: "Help the business, accel the business, without Excel".
Retail. Where the customer is king. The industry where making up for lost sales is as big a challenge as it is to convert one-off customers into fans. The other scenario we see is that multinational companies selectively choose where to deploy SAP but allow smaller entities within groups to also work with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. A perfect opportunity for us to engage and build a Microsoft platform.
