Challenge
As a leading hospitality group and a successful, growing business, MAHM continued to invest in improving their existing venues, as well as acquiring new properties and assets. MAHM took a measured and steady approach to the growth of the business with a strong strategic focus on its operating platform, data accuracy, transparency, digital capability, and the advancement of its systems and processes to ready the business for scale. The ERP solution being used – Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains – was no longer meeting the group’s requirements and needed a robust and scalable replacement.
