Challenge
The non-profit initially outsourced its accounting to another company using Microsoft Dynamics GP 2013 R2 as a service (SaaS). However, they decided to bring the accounting in-house and update their systems. The organization aimed to meet current requirements, improve integrations, interfaces, consolidations, and reporting/dashboarding/KPIs.
