Havator Partners with HSO for Streamlined Efficiency

Havator is a leading provider of lifting, special transport and heavy haulage services in the Nordics. The company operates from more than 30 locations in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Estonia. However, their growth was hampered by an old system that urgently needed to be updated. To avoid revenue loss and expensive inefficiencies, Havator needed to move from a paper-based approach to digital.

Before HSO came on board, Havator had already spent a lot of time and resources on the D365 program with limited impact. Recognizing that success required a solid commitment, Havator worked with HSO with the understanding that they would have to trust their partner throughout the delivery process.

HSO developed the Contro App for Havator to use thanks to HSO's Rental Management IP and the refinement of best practices from previous cases. Building on the foundations laid by HSO, the Contro App forms the final piece of the solution. The app allows drivers to mark hours in the field and view job-specific details on the mobile app. Finally, they can register their hours and the payroll are immediately displayed.
