Role Introduction
The Marketing Lead Data & AI role in HSO Group is responsible for driving the growth of our Data & AI services globally. As we look towards 2025, our vision for the Data & AI Practice is to be recognized as a leader in data-driven solutions. We aim to out-innovate and outperform our competitors by offering superior consulting services and leveraging our unique market insight. Our goal is to provide clients with innovative Data and AI solutions that drive their business success and position HSO as their trusted partner in the digital age. Currently our Data & AI practice represents a significant and fast-growing portion of our overall services portfolio with consulting activities in North-America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
As a member of the Global Marketing team, your role will partner with our Global Cloud Services leader and Portfolio GTM team to help us deliver on this vision by designing, aligning, and executing Marketing Strategies related to our portfolio of Data Services. This will be in close collaboration with Data & AI Marketing Specialists, Sales Managers, and Service Line Directors to align our global messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global marketing strategies for Data Platform services.
- Align marketing efforts across regions to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message.
- Understand Microsoft's big plays in the Data Services domain, and ability to align our marketing with those plays and positioning HSO as a leading Data Partner.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to drive awareness and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and strategies to drive growth.
- Develop offering materials to enable the field, including landing pages, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations to provide insights and support.
- Track and report on sales performance and marketing ROI.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and leads with initial lead follow-up and qualification
- Ensure alignment between sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Create compelling white papers, case studies, and other marketing collateral to display our expertise.
- Update and maintain our Portfolio of data service line offerings and associated assets as they develop or evolve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a Business-related field.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing with a focus on Data & AI services.
- In addition, business development or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, advanced analytics, and AI.
- Strong experience and familiarity within the Microsoft Ecosystem
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work across global teams and manage multiple projects.
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives.
- Native English in verbal and written.
