As a Managed Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in…
- Leading and managing the Managed Services team to deliver high-quality support and solutions to clients
- Strategizing and implementing service delivery plans to enhance operational efficiency
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Managed Services department, including resource allocation and performance management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive service improvements and innovation
- Identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring the team meets service level agreements (SLAs)
- Developing and mentoring team members to foster a high-performance culture
In this role, you will be responsible for...
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Conducting regular reviews with clients to ensure they receive the highest level of service
- Leading initiatives to enhance service offerings and improve client experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Managed Services or IT service delivery management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Experience in client management and relationship-building
- Proven track record of achieving operational goals and driving service improvements
- Experience with D365 CE and/or F&O
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
