Synergy in Action: aec360 and KA Synthesis Integration

HSO and Knowledge Architecture (KA) are proud to announce the integration of HSO’s aec360 with KA’s Synthesis.

Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, aec360 is an integrated suite of software products designed specifically for AEC firms, offering comprehensive marketing, business development, project management, and accounting capabilities. As part of the marketing and experience management solution, aec360 provides a centralized repository of project history, employee experience and qualifications, staff resumes, and other tools to automate proposal preparation and optimize pursuit processes.

Synthesis, Knowledge Architecture’s intranet platform for AEC firms, helps employees find the firm-specific information they need to work more efficiently, know what is happening across their organization, and learn and grow with their colleagues.

The Synthesis-aec360 integration makes critical staff, project, contact, company, and opportunity information from aec360 available to employees across the firm using Synthesis.

Project information can be sourced from multiple applications, including aec360, OpenAsset, and Newforma.
• Make key project information available to employees across the firm. Users can search, filter, and browse Project Directories in Synthesis to discover projects by project type, client, state, square footage, construction cost, and more, using information from aec360.
• Powerful project maps. Do you ever remember where a project was located but not the project name? We’ve got you covered! Explore your firm’s current and completed projects using the Map Layout of Project Directories in Synthesis powered by aec360 data.
• Centralize employee information from multiple locations. Search, filter, and browse Employee Directories and dive deep into employee skills, experience, and interests using Synthesis, aec360, OpenAsset, Azure Active Directory, and Teams.
