Examples of applications of these AI agents include automated customer interactions, managing sales leads, and even performing complex data analysis. Several out-of-the-box agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot were also introduced, designed to handle specialized roles and automate intricate business processes. Agents in SharePoint are now able to answer questions about files, folders, sites. Coming to preview in early 2025, an Interpreter agent in Teams will be able to replicate a user's voice in nine languages and offers real-time translation.
